Which is worse- cheating and lying about it or enforcing the rules??
Waking up hungover to the Daily Cal this morning just makes my head hurt way more than it already does.
Anyways, in a letter to the editor, Mickey Klein claims that SA foes are threatening democracy. I’m all for people having different views and allowing for open debate about them. However, this whole "I have a friend in SA and they’re right and everyone else it just out to get them because they’re jealous, so NAH!" thing is getting really old. I realize you guys are not going to see the reality of the situation because you believe that your friends have been wronged. But for the love of God, you got nuttin other than your whole "SA is right because I say so!" defense. I gotta give it to you guys though, you’re loyalty to friends is commendable.

Mickey is not an SA stooge, actually. SA stooges are afraid to speak publically.

Mickey’s actually a good friend of mine, he and I just have a difference of opinion that we agree to be cool with: he thinks that the votes themselves are what matter and I think that the votes can only be properly expressed when the process provides for equality through enforcable rules.
He’s not SA biased, just ideologically different than me, and I totally respect that.

I think that my ranting in this post is a little misread. Mickey’s editorial simply reminded me of SA’s ideologies. The whining wasn’t aimed at him, just more at the SA people who think like that. But, I do completely respect the opinions that any person expresses. It’s just when you’re hung over, reading an editorial like that makes your hangover go from bad to holy crap I wanna die in like .5 seconds.
